our affiliate program. We will be improving the program/marketing

Our Affiliate Terms (Updated January 27, 2010)
We offer a 2-tier affiliate program. Each affiliate will earn
50% commissions on personal sales, and the affiliate who referred you to
us (if any) will earn 10%. The maximum commission that any
affiliate can earn is 50%. This commission is calculated based upon
the actual
sale
price (not counting shipping & handling or sales tax, when
applicable).
Affiliate commissions are payable after the 30 day return period expires
(so we know the customer didn't return/refund the product). In
order to operate efficiently, payments are only paid once the total
commission owed to you exceeds $100.
We generally process affiliate payments once per
month. At the point they are processed, we will run reports that show
what is owed for the prior month based upon those sales that have
accrued beyond the 30 day return period.
So, in some cases, it may be 45 or 60 days before you receive payment
for a certain sale. In the future, if this policy presents a hardship
to you because of a large volume of sales, we can discuss other options.
We require you to sign a W-9 (U.S.) or W-8 (Non-U.S.) and return it to us
by fax (877-579-9933) or email (support@innoventum.com) before any payments
will be made to you. You can download a copy of Form W-9 at
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf or Form W-8 at:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf. The IRS requires us to
collect this from people we make payments to.
