| Innoventum, Inc. was founded in 2007 by Denise Gosnell and Jynell Berkshire.
These two attorneys, both entrepreneurs, were frustrated by the lack of free
and affordable resources for business owners and people looking to start
businesses. Denise & Jynell founded Innoventum with the mission of
creating the best business startup and growth products and services on the

shown right). Denise M. Gosnell, Innoventum’s President & CEO, is a world recognized technology author and software patent attorney. Mrs. Gosnell has a unique background in technology, law, business, and entrepreneurship. Mrs. Gosnell has authored and co-authored eight technology and business books with Wiley Publishing to date. Mrs. Gosnell has been featured in various newspapers and magazines, and has been a speaker at various television, radio, and industry events for her expertise on legal, business, and technology matters. For example, Mrs. Gosnell received the Indianapolis Business Journal award: “Top 40 Under 40” in 2005 and appeared on the Inside Indiana Business with Gerry Dick television show in March 2005 to discuss hi-tech legal issues. She was also a featured speaker at the Microsoft European Professional Developer’s Conference in 2001. Mrs. Gosnell has over ten years of consulting experience in creating and implementing technology and business processes within companies, as well as seven years of experience as a patent attorney. Mrs. Gosnell has counseled leading software companies such as Microsoft and EDS in technical and legal capacities, as well as dozens of start-up companies. Mrs. Gosnell received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science – Business (summa cum laude) from Anderson University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University. Jynell D. Berkshire, Innoventum’s Vice President, has a unique combination of legal, business, and public policy talents. Ms. Berkshire has over fourteen years of experience in government relations and assisting start-up and existing companies with initial formation, growth, and funding challenges. Ms. Berkshire has assisted numerous certified technology parks and business incubators in developing strategic architecture for the delivery of services to entrepreneurs. Ms. Berkshire also specializes in assisting minority-owned, women-owned and veteran owned companies in becoming certified with federal, state, and local governments, national organizations and private industries. Ms. Berkshire’s consulting company, eGlobal Consulting, Inc., is currently the preferred provider of services for the newly created Minority Business Enterprise Center in Indiana. Ms. Berkshire and her team work with and provide high-quality strategic business consulting services to minority-owned business enterprises, and are specifically certified in these areas by the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Ms. Berkshire has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration, (summa cum laude), and a Doctor of Jurisprudence. |
